These Terms & Conditions are here to clearly explain, outline, and lay out the rules, terms, and conditions of using, viewing, and/or browsing the Site and/or purchasing or downloading any course, program, service, or product offered on or by us or the Site.

By using the Site in any capacity, you voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions. You agree that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms & Conditions.

By using the Site, you agree to the Terms & Conditions as stated herein, regardless of whether or not you have read them.
These Terms & Conditions contain an Arbitration Clause and require you to dispute or resolve any claim with us through Arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to the Arbitration Clause in Paragraph No. 19 and voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial.

“Content” means any and all written, visual, video, or audio information contained on the Site, including, but not limited to, any and all emails received from HWT and/or www.hwtapp.com, and any and all written or downloadable material purchased, viewed, or otherwise offered by HWT, including but not limited to blog posts, graphics, newsletters, designs, documents, information, templates, and materials.
“Personal Information” means information that can be used on its own or in conjunction with other information to identify, contact, or locate a person, or to identify an individual in context.
“Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products” means www.joinhwtapp.com, Content, email list/newsletters, social media posts, blog posts, courses, coaching services, guides, eBooks, forms, worksheets, workbooks, webinars, website materials, and/or templates available on the Site.
“Site” means www.hwtapp.com and any and all of its associated pages, tabs, landing pages, forms, or sub-pages.
“You” or “Your” means the user, customer, or viewer of the Site.

By using the Site and/or making any Purchase, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to act in accordance with, and abide by, these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

8. Intellectual Property Ownership
The Site and its Content are the sole property of HWT. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use will be legally pursued.
9. Our Limited License to You
You are granted a limited license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not share, sell, or distribute our materials without written consent.
10. Your License to Us
By commenting on the Site or submitting materials to HWT, you grant us a license to use that content for business purposes.
11. Recording and Use of Live Classes
By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded and grant HWT a perpetual, royalty-free license to use recordings in our membership portal. Notify us in writing if you do not wish to be recorded.
12. Purchase & Access Terms
You may not share or distribute purchased materials. You are responsible for securing your login information. Any violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Sharing the Site & Its Content
Written permission is required via support@hwtapp.com before sharing the Site or its Content for commercial purposes. You must give credit by linking to the Site and may not imply association with HWT without consent.
14. No Claims Made Regarding Results
Client testimonials are examples only and not guarantees of specific results.
15. Disclaimer – No Warranties or Guarantees
The Site, Courses, Services, and Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
16. Your Release of Us
By using the Site or its Products, you release HWT, its team, and affiliates from any and all claims or damages.
17. Errors & Omissions
While we strive for accuracy, HWT does not guarantee that all information is error-free or current. Users are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
18. Refund Policy
All sales for masterclasses, workshops, and events are final.
Refunds for coaching services already rendered are not issued.
The HWT Program offers a 30-day satisfaction policy for new members.
Memberships auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–20 business days.

19. Arbitration Clause
If you have a dispute, contact support@hwtapp.com. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Olympia, WA.
By agreeing, you waive your right to a jury trial. The only permissible award is a refund of payments made.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
21. Jurisdiction
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Washington State for any disputes related to these Terms.
22. Service of Process
You consent to be served in any manner permitted under Washington law.
23. Payment & Purchases
Payments are processed via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. By purchasing, you authorize HWT to charge your account.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Failed payments will result in removal from access.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and may be reported to credit agencies.
You release HWT from liability related to payment processor issues.
24. Limitation of Liability
HWT is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site or its products. Your sole remedy is a refund of the purchase price.
25. Defense & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HWT harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
26. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms or related policies.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and HWT.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
